VIP Membership
Members save $10 per hour on personal chauffeur service over non-members. There two levels of VIP Membership. GOLD and PLATINUM. There is a three (3) month up front commitment for the VIP membership. After the initial three months your membership is month-to-month and may be cancelled anytime with a 10 day notice prior to the 1st of the month. Membership is billed at the first of every month until cancelled by client. My Private Driver has the right to terminate the membership and service arrangement between client and MPD at any time without notice. *Membership IS NOT required to utilize the service

GOLD
Level is $19.00/ per month and entitles you to one (1) use per month at the VIP discounted rate and any additional service during the calendar month would simply bill at the non-member rate.

PLATINUM
Level is $39.00/ per month and entitles member to unlimited uses per month at the discounted member rate.

Additional Tidbits
Minimum hourly usage required with all service. Rates will vary for Special Premium Event Dates. Inquire with reservation department. Driver round-trip Travel/Portal time will be added to actual service time

Insurance Personal Chauffeur Limitation of Liability
Without limiting any other provisions of this Agreement, The Personal Chauffeur LLC dba My Private Driver and the Drivers liability for failure to perform under this Agreement or for injury or damage will be limited to $500. In no event will My Private Driver or the Drivers be liable for special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, even if advised of their possible existence. Client fully intends and understands that the limitation of liability and indemnification provisions of this agreement shall bind the Clients family, heirs, assigns, or personal representatives. Client hereby forever releases, acquits and discharges My Private Driver from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action that such Member may have by reason of any monetary damage or personal injury sustained as a result of or during the use of any Service. The sole recourse available to Client shall be the cancellation of future reservation and/or membership. In the event of an accident with the Vehicle, and it is determined by the police or a final, non-appealable judgment that the Driver was at fault, My Private Driver will pay up to $500.00 towards Members insurance deductible. This is the sole liability of My Private Driver for damage to the Vehicle or its occupants. Client will look solely to The Personal Chauffeur dba My Private Driver insurance policies and to the insurance company on Clients automobile insurance policy for compensation in the event of an accident.
