How does My Private Driver screen its Experienced Chauffeurs and Safe Drivers?At My Private Driver we truly understand the security, sensitivity, and trust of our clients. Therefore, we employ a third party investigative firm to perform national criminal background and personal profile check on each candidate. Our drivers must also pass a third party drug screening as well as have a verified clear driving record and pass our chauffeur road test. Does My Private Driver have a Minimum Hire Period for their Personal Chauffeur or Private Driver On Demand services?We have a 3 hour minimum with no daily split shifts Can I hire a Private Driver or Personal Chauffer on a Full Time or Semi Full Time Basis?Yes, we can tailor a driver package to meet any of your needs. If I hire a Personal Chauffeur or Private Driver, how much does it cost?Rates are from $32.00 per hour (minimum service time applies) Does My Private Driver offer any Chauffeur Services for a Dallas Airport Transfer, an Austin Airport Transfer or an Orange County Airport Transfer?Yes, we offer special packages designed specifically for our travel client How do I make a Reservation for a Private Driver or Personal Chauffeur?A reservation. One of our client specialist will make your reservation, gather any itinerary information and complete a brief client profile so that we are able to meet all your requirements and exceed your expectations. What do I need to make a reservation for a Private Driver or Personal Chauffeur?Client contact information and address. I've reserved either a Personal Chauffeur or a Private Driver and wish to cancel. How do I go about it?Cancellations without financial penalty are allowed up to 24hours prior to the scheduled pickup date and time. Cancellations within the 24hours prior to the scheduled date and time are subject to a cancellation charge equal to 3 hours of service. Will My Private Driver run Errands or Fulfill Special Requests for me (e.g. Pickup Flowers, Dry Cleaning, Make Reservations, Pickup Clients)?Yes, of course, it is considered part of our service and making sure any and all your needs are met.
